O Flamengo entende que Zé Ricardo está sobrecarregado nos trabalhos de dia a dia. Por isso, a diretoria vai contratar um auxiliar para o treinador. O Rubro-Negro ainda vai conversar com o comandante para definir o perfil deste profissional, que pode ser até mesmo das categorias de base do clube.

Este auxiliar técnico vai ajudar Zé Ricardo nos trabalhos de campo. O treinador já está confirmado no comando da equipe rubro-negra em 2017 e anda muito prestigiado no Flamengo por causa da boa campanha no Campeonato Brasileiro deste ano.

Zé Ricardo foi efetivado no comando do Flamengo no dia 14 de julho, após 11 partidas no comando da equipe como técnico interino. Ele ocupou a vaga deixada por Muricy Ramalho logo após o anúncio oficial da saída do treinador.

Em tom de agradecimento, Zé Ricardo faz um balanço positivo da temporada dele e do Flamengo. Ele promete fazer com que o Rubro-Negro brigue por títulos em 2017.

– Está sendo um ano de aprendizado e eu estou aproveitando cada momento como treinador do Flamengo. Éuma honra estar com esse grupo. Ano que vem, vamos brigar e conquistar títulos para dar orgulho à torcida – disse.

Apesar do Flamengo ir em busca de um auxiliar para Zé Ricardo, Jayme de Almeida será mantido no clube. Ele também é auxiliar técnico.

وأكمل: “الملعب والجمهور يسمحان لنا بالذهاب حتى النهاية، لقد كان لدينا العديد من المحاولات وفي دقيقتين ساحرتين سجلنا الهدف الثاني والثالث وكان لدينا إيمان وشجاعة ولقد استغلنا هذه اللحظة”.

وأتم تصريحاته قائلًا: “لقد عشنا ليلة ساحرة مرة أخرى في هذا الملعب، عندما نتحدث عن ريال مدريد نتحدث عن هذه الليالي”.

Former Norwich City star Jon Newsome insists there will be bidders for Max Aarons this summer, in an exclusive interview with The Transfer Tavern.

The right-back has been in exceptional form for the Canaries this season.

Aarons has made 45 appearances in the Championship, with Norwich comfortably winning the second-tier title.

He has subsequently been linked with a move away; The Independent reports that there is interest from West Ham United and Everton in a potential swoop.

Aarons is just 21 and he has already totted up 130 appearances for the Canaries, even playing in the Premier League last term.

He seems certain to return to the top-flight ahead of the beginning of the 2021/22 season, be it with Norwich or another English club.

Newsome thinks there will be bids for the star and it leaves the club with a dilemma they will have to solve should a big-money bid be tabled.

He told TT: “Max Aarons, the number of games he’s played for such a young lad is amazing and he’s learning his craft.

“He’ll be really, really keen to be playing Premier League football so I expect clubs to sniff around him. Norwich City have got a decision to make.

“They either slam the door in somebody’s face, firmly shut, and we have no conversation or if the numbers are right, will they be tempted? It’s a big, big question.”
